About Our Gala

Join us for the West Side Story in Paterson Gala on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Westmount Country Club.

Honorary Gala Chairs

Jennifer and David S. Stone

In response to Steven Spielberg’s re-release of the classic film, which was filmed in Paterson—the home, of course, of our Paterson Music Project—the Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Jamie Bernstein, the daughter of Leonard Bernstein who composed the music for West Side Story.

The evening will also feature special remarks by Paterson Mayor André Sayegh and performances by members of the New Jersey Youth Symphony, Paterson Music Project & Performing Arts School.
